1. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your territory). If you are under 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
If you do not meet these requirements or disagree with any part of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from generating digital media via SnapAI.
2. Description of Services
SnapAI-AI Art Maker provides software services utilizing advanced machine-learning models to generate visual assets, digital graphics, and short dynamic video clips. These services are accessible via active network connections and include:
- Text-to-Image AI painting.
- Image-to-Video and Text-to-Video rendering.
- Resolution scaling and textural enhancements (4K Upscaling).
- Interactive style curation filters.
All AI-generated results are created by automated algorithms and are provided "as-is" for artistic expression, entertainment, and creative exploration only. The assets generated do not constitute professional legal, medical, or certified layout advice.
3. User Account and Security
You may use certain features of the app as a guest or by registering an account. You agree to protect your registration tokens and account credentials. You are solely responsible for all operations, prompts, and rendering costs incurred under your account.
4. Code of Conduct and Acceptable Use
We champion limitless artistic freedom, but we must protect our users and infrastructure. You represent and agree that you will not input prompts, upload media files, or attempt to generate content that:
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits minors in any way.
- Generates non-consensual sexual content, deepfakes of real individuals, or highly graphic harassment.
- Violates patents, copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights of third parties.
- Encourages extreme violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal substance manufacturing.
- Deploys scrapers, crawlers, or reverse-engineers the underlying AI models and application code.
We utilize robust automated and manual filters to scan queries. We reserve the absolute right to delete any generated asset, revoke credits, or suspend accounts violating this code of conduct without prior warning or financial reimbursement.
5. Fees, Premium Plans, and Refund Policies
Certain high-resolution GPU rendering queues, unlimited video exports, and batch processing models require in-app credits or active subscriptions.
- Billing: Payments are handled by Google Play Billing or Apple App Store In-App Purchases. All charges are governed by the merchant platform's financial rules.
- Subscribed Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected price and interval unless cancelled in your marketplace profile at least 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle.
- Refunds: Since GPU rendering incurs instant operational cloud cost, all premium credit sales and subscription fees are non-refundable through us. You must request any applicable refunds directly through the respective platform stores (Apple/Google).
6. Intellectual Property & Graphic Licenses
Your Content: As between you and SnapAI, you retain all rights to the text prompts, uploaded reference photos, and the resulting AI-generated graphics and video files, provided you follow these Terms in full.
Platform Ownership: The software structures, designs, brand marks, system interface designs, custom-trained model parameters, and default prompt templates are the exclusive intellectual property of SnapAI and its licensors.
License to Us: To operate, display, and cache your creations across devices, you grant us a secure, global, royalty-free license to host, execute, store, and duplicate your creative inputs and outputs solely to provide our Services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not guarantee that the AI models will generate accurate, expected, or visually flawless graphics. The AI-generated media is automated, and occasionally results may be distorted, inaccurate, or offensive. Use of our Services and your generated outputs is entirely at your own risk. The Services are provided "as available" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SnapAI developers and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, losses involving emotional distress, computational server delays, copyright disputes from AI outputs, or commercial profit losses resulting from your utilization of our creative tools.
9. Governing Law
These Terms, and any disputes arising from your use of the application, shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless local consumer defense acts require otherwise.
