To make the application functional, you grant us a limited, global, royalty-free license to host, cache, duplicate, and display your generated assets strictly for the purpose of delivering the service to you, executing security moderation, and storing your work in your account library.

We do not share your private generated imagery or sell your creative assets to third parties without your explicit authorization.

5. Third-Party Services & GPU Providers

To run intense deep-learning tasks, we securely process rendering requests through verified high-speed GPU infrastructure partners. Only the specific prompts and reference files necessary to generate the images/videos are transmitted. These partners are bound by strict non-disclosure terms and do not retain your media once generation is completed.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have full control to edit, export, or permanently delete your data. You may delete individual creations inside the app library at any time.
